• Account data: name, email, phone number, password, business name, address, GSTIN.
• Financial & Business data: transactions, sales invoices, inventory, supplier details, expenses entered into the platform.
• Usage data: device information, IP address, logs.

3. How We Use Data

To run and maintain the platform, generate GST calculations and invoices, provide support, and process subscription payments.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We host on AWS secure cloud servers.

5. Data Ownership & Sharing

You retain complete ownership of all data. We do not sell or share business transactional data. We only share with third‑party providers (payment gateways, WhatsApp, SMS gateways) to perform services on your behalf.

6. Retention & Deletion

We retain data as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data remains read‑only for export. You can request permanent account deletion via support.

We use standard cookies to maintain session states and track website analytics.
