These Terms govern your access to and use of Finanxer, a cloud‑based accounting and business management platform operated by Cloudstackle Solutions LLP. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, where applicable, have authority to register and use Finanxer on behalf of your business.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and are responsible for all activities under your account.
Finanxer provides a 14‑day free trial to evaluate the platform. Trial access may be limited to one organization per business. We reserve the right to suspend trial access in cases of abuse or fraudulent activity.
Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. Subscription fees must be paid in advance. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are payable by the customer.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of accounting records, inventory data, invoices and reports entered into the platform. Finanxer is a software tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
All business data entered into Finanxer remains the property of the customer. Cloudstackle processes and stores this data only to provide the subscribed services.
All software, source code, user interface, trademarks, branding and documentation relating to Finanxer remain the exclusive property of Cloudstackle Solutions LLP.
You shall not reverse engineer, copy, resell, disrupt, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
Finanxer may integrate with payment gateways, email providers, SMS providers, WhatsApp, AWS and other third‑party services. Their respective terms may also apply.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. Planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect access.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non‑payment, fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Cloudstackle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the current subscription period, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kozhikode, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
