Every customer receives a free 14‑day trial to evaluate Finanxer before purchasing a subscription.
Payment is collected only after the customer voluntarily subscribes following the trial period.
Since customers have sufficient opportunity to evaluate the software during the trial period, all subscription payments are non‑refundable once the subscription is activated.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payments, incorrect billing or payment processing errors caused by Cloudstackle Solutions LLP.
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Refunds will not be provided for unused subscription periods, partial usage, business closure or change of business requirements.
Our onboarding and support team will assist customers during the trial period to help determine whether Finanxer is suitable before purchase.
